To solve No Channel Received on Startimes error, first ensure your Indoor / external antenna is well connected.

If that doesn’t solve the problem, you can try changing your antenna position, or better still, increase the height of your outdoor antenna.

If you are getting No Signal Error on your Startimes, simply adjust your TV SET till you get signal.

First, adjust your antenna, till you receive a signal.

Next, do an Automatic Search. To do this, on your remote control, click the Menu Button, then scroll to System Settings and press OK.

In the displayed list, scroll to Automatic Search, and select Yes and press OK.

Note: Use the right arrow key to select either YES and NO option.

If you are getting this error message, it means your subscription has expired.

Hence, you will have to recharge your Startime subscription to continue viewing.
